Prestige Koi Imports is based in Southport and specializes in importing quality koi carp from Japan's top koi farms. We also sell quality dry goods including Koi pond filters, pond pumps, air pumps, koi food, koi treatments and medications from leading manufacturers Evolution Aqua, Kockney Koi, Medicarp and Kusuri. We specialize in Nisai (two year old Koi) with a few tosai and Sansai and through our contacts have access to the best Koi farms in Japan.
We will only sell products that we recommend and use in our own Koi ponds.
We are happy to offer advice without charge and within this site you will find some information with regard to Koi Pond Filtration, Koi health and products that we recommend.
As the business is based at home we are happy for customers to call in the evening, but would recommend you phone prior to traveling any distance as during the day we are often on-site visiting customer's Koi pond's.

New ProductsCloverleaf Sludge Answer 1 Litre  £15.00 "SLUDGE ANSWER" - Is a unique blend of beneficial bacteria to convert and remove sludge from the pond and filter system.
The accumulation of sludge within a pond or filter system means far more than an unhealthy sight, when such deposits will not only erode important saturated oxygen levels but also become a detrimental breeding ground for nasty pathogenic bacteria.
Safe answer to biologically remove sludge and dead algae
Creates a cleaner pond with less filter maintenance
Promotes a sounder pond environment for the fish to enjoy
Designed for frequent use throughout the year on established ponds, however it is also a first class product when used on a new immature pond, and will greatly assist in obtaining filter maturity.
For existing ponds with bad sludge problems it is recommended that in the early stages of applying "Sludge Answer" it should be ideally supported with Cloverleaf’s "Oxygen Answer" - especially if the pond does not have a mechanical air pump of substance.
