Why Use an Aerated Bottom Drain Oxygen is a vital componant of a healthy pond, not only does an aerated bottom drain add much need oxygen into the pond, they can also make the drain up to 30% more efficient in pulling the solid waste into the drain. If you are using the pupose built Bottom Drain you will notice from the picture they have a seperate airline ducting connection. We recommend you use reinforced 6mm ID airline which is then threaded down Aero Drain Hose

An economy aerated bottom drain, This consists of an injection moulded sump (with additional flange supplied for installation into liner pond). Constructed for 4" pressure pipe it comes complete with reducers fro 110mm waste pipe. Has its own seperate airline ducting connection, which takes the 10mm reinforced airline.
