BayTech Multibay Filter for 15000 litre koi Pond
Ref: 57401-BTMB15 | The Filter is designed for Koi Ponds up to 15000 litres, for improved performance the filter should be fitted with a Vortex.
The tank is supplied with a 110mm inlet, 56mm (2" waste) Outlet, 43mm (1.5" waste) Drain and be set up for either Gravity or Pump operation.
Matting is used to give 'protected chamber filtration' to the Springflow in th first bay with Alphagrog giving additional biological treatment in the second.
The third chamber can be used for additional media and we recommend one giving a source of calcium to help maintain important KH levels.
Fitted with a single waste discharge this filter is easy to maintain, The filter matting provides a huge area for biological breakdown of organic waste and should only be cleaned if it begins to block.
The chambers can be flushed using pond water and the debris collected in the waste sump for discharge.
