These Threaded Connectors - very useful for that awkward job. these have a 1.5" female thread with a plain solvent weld socket on the other end .. will for example convert the Aquamax Pumps from submersible to dry running on the inlet side of the pump ..

The New range of Aquamax pumps do however now also require a 2" female threaded connector which is also a useful union for the Black Solvent Weld Pipework this can then if required be reduced down to the 1.5" or 40mm to suit the pipework you are using .

Universal, Fit both 43mm (1.5") and 50mm pipe, 43mm ID 50mm OD" Socket Union, allows you to disconnect UVs etc, solvent weld pipe into either end and allows the option to unscrew. This will also act as a union on Aquamax Eco pumps if you require a non pressure fitting, simply detach the male union.
